At Box Me, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Please note that personalized, customized, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
